The Jason Statham Workout | Become a Capable Transporter

The Jason Statham Workout | Become a Capable Transporter

I’ve been a fan of Jason Statham’s Transporter series and the Mechanic series. Both roles require Jason to be in peak physical condition. Every confrontation he finds himself in, he dominates. He goes into each one confident and capable. That’s where the Jason Statham Workout routine comes into play. There is a direct correlation between physical ability and confidence. The better your physical condition, the more confident you’ll be.

A Quick Look at Jason Statham’s Diet

There is not much information out there regarding the specifics of his diet, but there are two consistent takeaways from my research.

The first is the amount of water he drinks per day. Part of his diet if you want to call it that, is to consume 3 liters of water per day. The second takeaway is the fact that he eats clean, for the most part, but his diet is not so dialed in that he cannot deviate from that.

The Jason Statham Workout

One of the reasons I chose to hone in on his workout is the fact that it’s all bodyweight exercises. This specific routine makes it possible for almost anyone to get started with this routine. I really like the fact that Jason uses a rowing machine for his warmup, which I have given a lot of thought to over the past year. Maybe it’s time I invested in a rowing machine. Let’s take a closer look at the routine that molds Jason Statham into a more than capable Transporter.

Warm-up

    • 10 to 20 minutes on the rowing machine

The Workout

      • Dips (5 sets of 10 reps)
      • Pull-Ups (5 sets of 10 reps)
      • Air Squats (5 sets of 15 reps)
      • Push-Ups (5 sets of 20 reps)

The Circuit (3 sets of each of the following)

      • 25 Mountain Climbers
      • 10 Burpees
      • 12 lunges

As you can see, it’s a very simple workout plan that Jason performs four times a week. You can always swap out the exercises in the above routine for others, as long as you’re consistent with the routine itself.

Looking good and feeling good go hand in hand. If you have a healthy lifestyle, your diet and nutrition are all set, and you’re working out, you’re going to feel good. – Jason Statham
