Ruck Workouts From Home Courtesy of GORUCK

Ruck Workouts for home Courtesy of GORUCK

Part of surviving this COVID-19 mess is to make your body as unattractive as possible to the virus. By working out on a regular basis, you’re exercising your cardiovascular system, elevating your body temperature, and hopefully hydrating. For more information on this, visit the GORUCK blog post that talks about surviving COVID-19.

With everyone, for the most part, being told to stay home and social distance, we’ve moved to our garages for workouts. Some already have a gym set up in their garage which is great, but what if you don’t? Welcome to Ruck Workouts.

We know for a fact that physical training is good for the body and mind. Everything from push-ups to burpees, squats, and other bodyweight exercises are free and require little to no equipment. If you’ve already got some equipment, even better. If you get creative and think a little outside of the box, there are limitless options to move your body and stay fit during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Utilize this time to keep your edge sharp and increase your survivability. Everyday…make a plan….and execute that plan.

GORUCK has been posting daily ruck workouts you can do at home to their Instagram page as a way to keep you moving, in shape and sane. Find one or two you like and put a plan together. You don’t need a GORUCK ruck or ruck plate. Any backpack will do. Just fill it with a few items to give it some weight and get after it.
