JK Boots Raptor Collection

May 15, 2026 by Timothy Gauthier Leave a Comment

Spokane, WA (May 14, 2026) – JK Boots has sourced an extremely rare Jurassic Bison leather in a deep jungle green, the same dense 9oz bison they are known for, but in a color unlike anything in the industry. The pebbled grain side runs a dark, rich pine, and the flesh side hits a vibrant emerald on the edges and interior.

Beyond the color, the leather itself is worth noting. It is naturally high in tensile strength, flexes with movement instead of fighting it, and returns to shape with lasting structure and support. The result is a boot that feels broken in from day one yet holds up to years of hard use without losing its character.

The collection has three boots built around this idea. The Raptor Ghost riffs on their Forefront model with a slick black Christy Wedge sole and updated 360-degree stitchdown construction. The Raptor XI is a more aggressive 6-inch tall option with added leather and support. And the Raptor Rex is the statement piece, their iconic Superduty in the boldest colorway they have ever released, built for serious adventure and forestry use. All three are also available with a safety toe for the first time in a JK Boots limited edition.
