Spokane, WA (May 14, 2026) – JK Boots, the family-owned bootmaker handcrafting footwear in Spokane, Washington since 1994, is unveiling the all-new Cruiser Collection this Thursday. I would love to work with you to help launch this lineup of three styles, which are built around a single exclusive leather and one central idea: sneaker comfort with real handmade boot character.
The heart of the collection is the Cruiser leather: a waterproof, chrome-tanned USA cowhide with a subtle sheen and pebbled grain inspired by fresh blacktop. What sets it apart is the process: the leather is milled during tanning, transforming the hide before it is ever cut. The result is a boot that wraps around the foot like a well-worn glove from the very first wear, with zero break-in period.
The collection launches with three distinct builds:
- The 300 Cruiser is the everyday classic of the lineup. Clean lines, a retro silhouette, and a white Vibram 4014 Christy wedge sole deliver all-day comfort and a timeless profile. Antique brass eyelets and speed hooks, classic beige stitching, and a genuine veg-tanned leather insole round out a boot polished enough for date night and rugged enough for the car show.

- The 300 Cruiser Blackout takes the same proven construction into an all-black monochrome silhouette. Premium oil-tanned USA Cruiser suede, a black Vibram wedge sole, and high-strength Technora thread rated fire-resistant to over 900 degrees Fahrenheit make this the elevated everyday essential for minimalist wardrobes and dressed-up denim alike.

- The Archer Cruiser is the heritage build of the collection: a classic two-lift logger and Cuban-style heel, a genuine 9-iron veg-tanned leather insole and midsole, and a Vibram 430 Mini oil-resistant sole. It is the boot for the guy who appreciates the details: the heel that clicks on concrete, the leather stack visible from the side profile, and the craftsmanship that only gets better with age.

Like every boot that leaves the JK Boots shop, the Cruiser Collection is 100 percent handmade in the United States and fully resolable. When the outsole wears down, JK Boots rebuilds it, because a boot this good should never end up in a landfill. As JK Boots says: it’s like replacing the tires on your favorite hot rod, these boots are made to keep rolling.
The Cruiser Collection is available starting July 23, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at jkboots.com.
