Due to its tubular web construction, Galco’s Trail Belt is extremely comfortable, making it ideal for all-day hiking or long, active work-shift wear. While suitable for use as an IWB belt, this is our most flexible nylon web belt.
This incredibly comfortable belt strap is mated to a unique, quick-release Cobra Pro D-Ring buckle with the following features:
- Far exceeds ANSI Z359.1, CSA, EN, UIAA, and NFPA standards for fall protection
- Made from 12mm – 7075 aluminum alloy
- Stainless Steel adjuster, rivets, components, and D-ring

- Buckle strength rating 18kN / 4000lb MBS
- D-ring strength rating 22kN / 5000 lb MBS
- Four-stitch tubular nylon strap construction
- 1½” wide and available in five sizes
For smaller pants loops, the male buckle half is easily removed before threading through the pants loops then replaced on the belt tail before buckling. Reverse to remove belt from smaller pants loops.
Reverse belt wear direction for right hand versus left hand use with a holster. This will keep the belt tail on the opposite side, and thus out of the way of a holster worn on the user’s strong side.
