Dynamis Alliance 1.5” LoPro Belt by Crush Everything

March 31, 2024 by Art Dorst Leave a Comment

I’ve been wearing a Dynamis Alliance LoPro belt for about six or seven years now. I love pieces of kit that have hidden pockets and compartments in them. So, when I first saw the advertisement for the LoPro belt with hidden pockets, I ordered one right away. The LoPro belt is the brainchild of Dom Raso former Navy SEAL Team Six operator now the owner of Dynamis Alliance. Dynamis Alliance offers gear and training for everyone, although some training courses are restricted to military and law enforcement. I’ve never met Dom in person but have used his gear and taken a combative course put on by his organization and it was hardcore no joke training.

I ordered a 1.5” model with no logo. When it arrived, I found a sturdy belt made from nylon webbing with three hidden pockets. All pockets are on the interior of the belt. One is located adjacent to your spine with the other two on the end of the belt on what I call the lower half of the closure. At this point I should mention that there are no buckles of any type on the belt. It cinches up with Velcro. This makes it an ideal belt for traveling as there is no need to remove it unless you have one of the pockets stuffed with metal, more on that later.

LoPro Belt features:

  • Extreme Comfort
  • Low-Profile
  • 3 Hidden Pockets
  • Ideal for Everyday Carry
  • Coin Pouch
  • Hidden Key Compartment

The belt comes in a 1.5” or 1.75” option and waist sizes from small to X large (See the sizing chart on the webpage for sizing specifics), black with or without the Dynamis Alliance logo or tan with no logo in 1.5” only.

Ideal for Everyday Carry

The LoPro belt is extremely comfortable and secure enough for carrying a firearm or other tools. The pockets offer options for carrying different tools or other small items. In the back pocket, (spine area) I like to carry a handcuff key or small ceramic blade for getting out of restraints. I keep cash in the rear most pocket on the right side. Usually a one-hundred-dollar bill. The front-most pocket offers options, as it can be used to convert the belt into a personal protection device. By putting coins or a piece of metal into the pocket adding weight the belt can be used like a sap by wrapping it around your hand.

On this I’ll share some personal thoughts. As a rule, I don’t carry the pocket loaded daily. I consider where I’m going as to whether I’ll fill it. Also, it’s a no go for airports as it will slow down the security process. Having to remove the belt or explain a bunch of coins or pieces of metal in the pocket on the belt. The pouch will hold quarters, dimes, nickels, or pennies with the weight varying.

You could also use the pocket for other small items like a button compass. A small copy of your passport, or emergency phone list. Or whatever works for you. I’ve used the belt to support my Glock 43X in and over the waist band holster with mag pouches with no issue. It’s not a dedicated gun belt but it works. I’ve also used it to carry various fixed blade knives and multi-tools without complaint.

Final Thoughts

Overall, it’s a solid belt that offers options for traveling and everyday wear. I like this belt for it’s comfort and options for carry items without having to think about them. It’s sturdy enough to hold up to everyday wear. And is low profile, meaning it doesn’t look like you’re about to rappel off the space shuttle like other low-profile belts. MSRP is $80.00 but they do go on sale, and you can catch them for less.
