Benchmade 15500 Meatcrafter | The Trailing Point Tool for Any Hunter

March 25, 2022 by Guest Writer Leave a Comment

Benchmade 15500 Meatcrafter

As we enter turkey season opening across most of the country, wanted to ensure the new Benchmade 15500 Meatcrafter was on your radar. This unique knife is designed to serve as a hybrid ‘field to kitchen’ tool, with a blade that can be the go-to for deboning cuts at the truck or prep work before you hit the grill or smoker.

This knife also features Benchmade’s new SelectEdge™ technology, the 28 inclusive edge angle on CPM-154 stainless steel provides the perfect balance of fine grain, sharp edge with carefully engineered blade flex. That flex has been designed to fall between the typical characteristics of boning and filet knives. Also should be mentioned this is the first knife in the Benchmade line to feature the CPM-154 steel.

This is a great tool that any hunter should consider adding to their kit, especially if they are looking to bridge the field-to-table need, whether that’s now for turkey or later this year.
