As a former member of this elite military unit, I feel compelled to share this new video with you. It gives you a sneak peek inside the compound and depicts portions of a typical training day at Joint Base Lewis McChord in Washington State. Although the equipment, weapons, vehicles and radios have changed since my stint in Attack Company 2nd Battalion, the spirit professionalism and tenacity of these soldiers remains exactly the same.

The three Battalions that make up the 75th Ranger Regiment, (1st 2nd & 3rd) are the US Army’s premier airborne light infantry unit. Since the attacks on 9/11, the constant deployment rotation of these Battalions has been continuous for the last 20 years. With 2nd Battalion totaling over 20 deployments in support of the Global war on Terror at the time of writing.
